What's New at Solstice: October 2026

Welcome to the first edition of What’s New at Solstice, our monthly look at what’s shipped and what it makes possible for your team.

Label Update: roll out label changes across every asset at once

When a label changes, every piece of content carrying the ISI has to change with it. That usually means tracking down assets one by one and hoping nothing slips through.

Label Update turns that into a single workflow. Select the affected assets, choose the updated ISI, and apply any date, subject line or job code changes in the same pass. Solstice previews the change on each asset before anything is applied, and every update lands as a new version, so the full history stays intact for review.

Veeva feedback, now inside Solstice

Reviewer feedback lives in Veeva. The work to address it happens somewhere else. Until now, someone on the team had to copy comments from one system into the other.

Solstice now pulls feedback from Veeva directly into the asset it belongs to. Your team sees every reviewer comment in context, next to the content it refers to, and can make the fix without switching tools or retyping notes. The result: fewer missed comments and faster resubmissions.

CRM integrations: Veeva Vault, Salesforce and HubSpot

Finished content should go straight to the systems where it gets filed and sent. Solstice now connects to Veeva Vault, Salesforce and HubSpot, so approved assets move into the tools your team already runs on.

For HubSpot, you can export emails directly into a campaign using one of your existing templates. No rebuilding, no copy-pasting.

Review-only links: share content with anyone, no account needed

Not everyone who weighs in on an asset has a Solstice login. Agency partners, brand leads and other stakeholders often need to see the work without joining the platform.

Review-only links let you share an asset with anyone for review, no account required. As of this month, reviewers can also download the PDF and HTML straight from the link.

Solstice MCP: work with Solstice from Claude, Cursor and other AI tools

Solstice now has its own MCP server, which means the AI assistants your team already uses can work directly with your Solstice brands and assets. From Claude, Cursor or any MCP-compatible agent, you can review content and create new assets without leaving the tool you’re working in.

One workflow we’re especially excited about: Figma-to-Solstice. Point your assistant at a Figma design and it converts it into a Solstice asset, checked against your brand rules, ready for review.

More from the last few months

Here’s everything else that shipped.

  • Comprehensive QC per asset: QC the ISI on every asset to confirm it matches your brand’s approved language, as well as compare PRC templates granularly side by side, as an overlay, or with a swipe.

  • AI chat editor: Edit any asset type by chatting with an agent, with attachments, in-canvas review, and the option to stop mid-edit.

  • Project tracking: Follow every project in the platform with granular statuses.

  • Approval requests: Request approval from inside an asset, and the approver is notified automatically.

  • New social formats: Generate carousel and static social posts and export them as PNGs.
