Anti-Spam Policy

Solstice Health, Inc. does not send unsolicited bulk email. We do not allow anyone to send unsolicited bulk email that advertises solsticehealth.co or Solstice products on our behalf. This policy applies to our employees, contractors, partners, vendors, and every service we use to send email.

Any email we send to a person who has not contacted us first, such as a message to a job candidate or a new business contact, must:

• Be written to that individual, not sent as a bulk campaign.

• Come from a named Solstice employee, with a working reply address.

• Include a clear way to opt out, such as an unsubscribe link or a reply asking us to stop.

• Be sent at low volume, only to verified addresses.

• Stop when the recipient asks us to stop, across all of our tools.

Employees or vendors who break this policy lose their access to send email for Solstice.

To report unwanted email from anyone claiming to represent Solstice, please write to abuse@solsticehealth.co. We review every report.
